ANNEX IIISupplementary provisions

ANNEX III In Directive 2006/48/EC, point 30 of Section 3 of Part 3 of Annex X is replaced by the following: ‘30. When an Advanced Measurement Approach is intended to be used by the EU parent credit institution and its subsidiaries, or by the subsidiaries of an EU parent financial holding company or an EU parent mixed financial holding company, the application shall include a description of the methodology used for allocating operational risk capital between the different entities of the group.’.
