The Annex to Council Directive 85/572/EEC ( 18 ) is replaced by the following: ‘The food simulants to be used for testing migration of constituents of plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with a single food or specific groups of foods are set out in point 3 of Annex III to Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011.’
