Information obligation for Member States

Article 42

Member States shall inform the Commission of their national procedures for the assessment and notification of bodies to be authorised to carry out third party tasks in the process of assessment and verification of constancy of performance and the monitoring of notified bodies, and of any changes thereto. The Commission shall make that information publicly available.
