Fishing effort report

Article 58

1. The fishing effort report referred to in Article 28 of the Control Regulation shall be sent in accordance with Annex XVII. 2. Where the master of an EU fishing vessel transmits a message to the competent authorities by radio in accordance with Article 28(1) of the Control Regulation, Member States shall decide on the radio stations to be used and indicate them on the website referred to in Article 115 of the Control Regulation.
