Article 23

1. The Advisory Committee shall be composed of six members for each Member State, two of whom shall represent the Government, two the trade unions and two the employers’ associations. 2. For each of the categories referred to in paragraph 1, one alternate member shall be appointed by each Member State. 3. The term of office of the members and their alternates shall be 2 years. Their appointments shall be renewable. On expiry of their term of office, the members and their alternates shall remain in office until replaced or until their appointments are renewed.
