Repeal

Article 27

Directives 73/44/EEC, 96/73/EC and 2008/121/EC are hereby repealed with effect from 8 May 2012. References to the repealed Directives shall be construed as references to this Regulation and shall be read in accordance with the correlation tables in Annex X.
