Alcoholic strength

Article 28

1. The rules concerning indication of the alcoholic strength by volume shall, in the case of products classified in CN code 2204 , be those laid down in the specific Union provisions applicable to such products. 2. The actual alcoholic strength by volume of beverages containing more than 1,2 % by volume of alcohol other than those referred to in paragraph 1 shall be indicated in accordance with Annex XII.
