Entry into force and date of application

Article 55

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 13 December 2014, with the exception of point (l) of Article 9(1), which shall apply from 13 December 2016, and Part B of Annex VI, which shall apply from 1 January 2014.
