Role of the national police forces

Article 8

This Regulation is without prejudice to the application of national rules that require: (a) cash-transport operations to be notified to the police in advance; (b) CIT vehicles to be equipped with a device that allows them to be tracked at a remote distance by the police; (c) high-value point-to-point transport to be escorted by the police.
