Regulation (EU) No 1227/2011 Article 22

Entry into force

Article 22

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Paragraph 1, the first subparagraph of paragraph 3, and paragraphs 4 and 5 of Article 8 shall apply with effect from 6 months after the date on which the Commission adopts the relevant implementing acts referred to in paragraphs 2 and 6 of that Article.
