Regulation (EU) No 1228/2011 Article 1

Article 1

1. Regulation (EEC) No 429/73 is repealed. 2. The repeal of the act referred to in paragraph 1 shall be without prejudice to: (a) the maintenance in force of Union acts adopted on the basis of the act referred to in paragraph 1; and (b) the continuing validity of amendments made by the act referred to in paragraph 1 to other Union acts that are not repealed by this Regulation.
