Subsequent changes to the transitional national plan
Article 5
1. Member States shall establish a mechanism that allows identifying any relevant changes to combustion plants falling under the transitional national plan which may affect the applicable emission ceilings. 2. For the purposes of Article 32(6) of Directive 2010/75/EU, Member States shall inform the Commission of any subsequent changes to the plan affecting the applicable emission ceilings, in accordance with Section 4 of the Annex to this Decision.
