Lieutenant Julio NA MAN Nationality: Guinea-Bissau Official function: Aide-de-Camp of the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces Member of the "Military Command" which has assumed responsibility for the coup d'état of 12 April 2012. Lt Na Man was active in the operational command of the 12 April coup, under orders from António Injai.
