FLEGT licences
Article 6
1. FLEGT licences shall be issued by the licensing authority as a means of attesting that timber and derived products have been legally produced or acquired. 2. FLEGT licences shall be provided on a form written in French. 3. The Parties may, by agreement, establish electronic systems for the issuing, transmission and receipt of FLEGT licences. 4. The procedure for issuing FLEGT licences and the technical specifications are laid out in Annex IV.
