Chain of command and structure
Article 4
1. EUCAP NESTOR shall have a unified chain of command as a crisis management operation. 2. EUCAP NESTOR shall be structured as follows: (a) Mission Headquarters in Djibouti; (b) country offices, as appropriate. 3. EUCAP NESTOR shall have a Project Cell for identifying and implementing projects. EUCAP NESTOR may, as appropriate, coordinate, facilitate and provide advice on projects implemented by Member States and third States under their responsibility, in areas related to EUCAP NESTOR and in support of its objective.
