Application in time

Article 8

1.   This Directive shall apply in respect of all works and phonograms referred to in Article 1 which are protected by the Member States' legislation in the field of copyright on or after 29 October 2014. 2.   This Directive shall apply without prejudice to any acts concluded and rights acquired before 29 October 2014.
