Article 45
1. The infrastructure manager shall, as far as possible, meet all requests for infrastructure capacity including requests for train paths crossing more than one network, and shall, as far as possible, take account of all constraints on applicants, including the economic effect on their business. 2. The infrastructure manager may give priority to specific services within the scheduling and coordination process but only as set out in Articles 47 and 49. 3. The infrastructure manager shall consult interested parties about the draft working timetable and allow them at least one month to present their views. Interested parties shall include all those who have requested infrastructure capacity and other parties who wish to have the opportunity to comment on how the working timetable may affect their ability to procure rail services during the working timetable period. 4. The infrastructure manager shall take appropriate measures to deal with any concerns that are expressed.
