Repeal
Article 65
Directives 91/440/EEC, 95/18/EC and 2001/14/EC, as amended by the Directives listed in Annex IX, Part A, are repealed with effect from 15 December 2012, without prejudice to the obligations of the Member States relating to the time limits for transposition into national law of the Directives set out in Part B of Annex IX. References to the repealed Directives shall be construed as references to this Directive and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table in Annex X.
