Bottom fisheries

Article 27

Member States with a track record in bottom fishing effort or catch in the SPRFMO Convention Area over the period from 1 January 2002 to 31 December 2006 shall limit their effort or catch to: (a) the average level of catches or effort parameters over that period; and (b) only those parts of the SPRFMO Convention Area where bottom fisheries has occurred in any previous fishing season.
