Role of the Agency

Article 74

1.   The Agency shall carry out the tasks conferred on it by this Regulation. 2.   Articles 78 to 84, 89 and 90 of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 shall apply mutatis mutandis taking into account the role of the Agency with respect to this Regulation.
