Repeal

Article 96

Without prejudice to Articles 86, 89, 90, 91 and 92 of this Regulation, Directive 98/8/EC is hereby repealed with effect from 1 September 2013. References to the repealed Directive shall be construed as references to this Regulation and read in accordance with the correlation table in Annex VII.
