Article 7

The Commission shall review this Regulation in the light of technological progress and shall present the result of this review to the Consultation Forum no later than four years after its entry into force. The review shall aim at adopting an extended product approach. The Commission shall review the tolerances used in the methodology for calculating the energy efficiency before 1 January 2014.
