Commission Regulation (EU) No 618/2012 Article 2

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Article 1 shall apply from 1 December 2013. The harmonised classifications set out in Part 3 of Annex VI to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, as amended by this Regulation, may be applied before 1 December 2013.
