Article 1

The application for protection of the traditional term "Classic" is hereby accepted for American grapevine products of category "1. Wine" provided for in Annex XI b to Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007. The term "Classic" shall be entered into the electronic database "E-Bacchus" as indicated in the Annex to this Regulation.
