Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 827/2012 Article 13

Entry into force

Article 13

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 1 November 2012, except for Articles 9, 10 and 11 which shall apply from the date referred to in the first paragraph.
