Article 41

The Parties agree to cooperate by exchanging experience and best practice, building on existing efforts, with respect to the modernisation of public administration in areas such as: (a) improving organisational efficiency; (b) increasing institutions’ effectiveness in service delivery; (c) ensuring transparent management of public resources and accountability; (d) improving the legal and institutional framework; (e) policy design and implementation.
