Entry into force, duration and termination
Article 49
1. This Agreement shall enter into force on the first day of the month following the date on which the Parties have notified each other of the completion of the legal procedures necessary for that purpose. 2. Notwithstanding paragraph 1, this Agreement shall be applied on a provisional basis pending its entry into force. The provisional application begins on the first day of the first month following the date on which the Parties have notified each other of the completion of the necessary procedures. 3. This Agreement shall be valid indefinitely. Either Party may notify in writing the other Party of its intention to denounce this Agreement. The denunciation shall take effect six months after the notification.
