2013/115/EU: Commission Implementing Decision of… Article 3

Article 3

This Decision shall take effect on the day of its notification. It shall apply from the date to be fixed by the Council, acting by unanimity of its Members representing the governments of the Member States participating in SIS 1 + in accordance with Article 55(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1987/2006 and Article 71(2) of Decision 2007/533/JHA.
