Review of the measure

Article 2

Article 10 is replaced by the following: ‘Article 10 Review of the measure The measures provided for in this Decision shall be reviewed regularly to take into account, where appropriate, new developments as regards the presence of unauthorised GMOs in products originating in or consigned from China, or as regards scientific and technical progress in the methods for sampling and analysis provided in this Decision.’
