Article 1
The following values specified in the Annex are confirmed for each manufacturer of passenger cars and for each pool of manufacturers in respect of the 2012 calendar year: (a) the specific emissions target; (b) the average specific emissions of CO 2 , where appropriate adjusted by the relevant error margin; (c) the difference between the values referred to in points (a) and (b); (d) the average specific emissions of CO 2 for all new passenger cars in the Union; (e) the average mass for all new passenger cars in the Union.
