Identification of economic operators
Article 17
Economic operators shall, on request, identify the following to the approval authorities and market surveillance authorities, for a period of 10 years for a vehicle and for a period of five years for a system, component, separate technical unit, part or equipment: (a) any economic operator who has supplied them with a vehicle, system, component, separate technical unit, part or equipment; (b) any economic operator to whom they have supplied a vehicle, system, component, separate technical unit, part or equipment.
