Amendment of the Annexes
Article 74
Without prejudice to the other provisions of this Regulation relating to the amendment of its Annexes, the Commission shall also be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 75, concerning the amendments to: (i) Annex II (B) and (C) as regards the introduction of additional functional safety and vehicle construction requirements for subcategory L7e-A heavy on-road quads; (ii) Annexes II and V in order to introduce regulatory act references and corrigenda; (iii) Annex V (B) in order to change the applicable reference fuels; (iv) Annex VI (C) and (D) in order to take account of the results of the study referred to in Article 23(4) and adoption of UNECE regulations.
