Opening of a tariff quota for the import of raw cane sugar for refining
Article 2
1. For the period of 1 July to 30 September 2013 a tariff quota of 40 000 tonnes for the import from any third country of raw cane sugar for refining, falling within CN code 1701 14 10 shall be opened at a duty of EUR 98 per tonne. 2. For each of the marketing years 2013/2014 and 2014/2015 a tariff quota of 40 000 tonnes for the import from any third country of raw cane sugar for refining, falling within CN code 1701 14 10 shall be opened at a duty of EUR 98 per tonne. 3. Quantities imported in accordance with this Regulation shall bear the order number: 09.4367.
