Regulation (EU) No 228/2013 Article 28

State aid for tobacco production

Article 28

Spain is authorised to award aid concerning the production of tobacco in the Canary Islands. The granting of this aid may not result in discrimination between producers in the islands. The amount of the aid may not exceed EUR 2 980,62 per tonne. The additional aid shall be granted for up to 10 tonnes each year.
