Entry into force and application

Article 9

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply to infrastructures deployed from the date of entry into force of this Regulation. It shall apply from 23 April 2014 to infrastructures already deployed at the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
