Article 15

Managers of qualifying venture capital funds shall inform the competent authority of the home Member State where they intend to market: (a) a new qualifying venture capital fund; or (b) an existing qualifying venture capital fund in a Member State not mentioned in the list referred to in point (d) of Article 14(1).
