Article 16

Managers of qualifying social entrepreneurship funds shall inform the competent authority of the home Member State where they intend to market: (a) a new qualifying social entrepreneurship fund; or (b) an existing qualifying social entrepreneurship fund in a Member State not mentioned in the list referred to in point (d) of Article 15(1).
