Guidelines on classification

Article 3

1. The Agency shall, after consulting the Member States, the Commission and interested parties, draw up guidelines on the details of the various categories of changes of products. 2. Those guidelines shall be regularly updated, taking into account the opinions taken in accordance with Article 2(2), contributions from Member States as well as scientific and technical progress.
