ANNEX III SAFETY ASSESSMENT REPORT OF THE ASSESSMENT BODY The safety assessment report of the assessment body shall contain at least the following information: (a) identification of the assessment body; (b) the independent assessment plan; (c) the definition of the scope of the independent assessment as well as its limitations; (d) the results of the independent assessment including in particular: (i) detailed information on the independent assessment activities for checking the compliance with the provisions of this Regulation; (ii) any identified cases of non-compliances with the provisions of this Regulation and the assessment body’s recommendations; (e) the conclusions of the independent assessment.
