Surveillance by recognition body
Article 11
1. By analogy to the requirements in Article 5(3) and (4) of Regulation (EC) No 765/2008 for accreditation, the recognition body shall conduct periodic surveillance in order to verify that the assessment body it recognised continues to satisfy the criteria set out in Annex II during the validity of the recognition. 2. If the assessment body no longer satisfies the criteria set out in Annex II, the recognition body shall limit the scope of application of the recognition, suspend or withdraw the recognition, depending on the degree of non-compliance.
