Reporting on debt issuance

Article 8

1. Member States shall report to the Commission and the Eurogroup, ex ante and in a timely manner, on their national debt issuance plans. 2. The harmonised form and content of the report referred to in paragraph 1 shall be laid down by the Commission, in cooperation with the Member States.
