Commission Regulation (EU) No 487/2013 Article 3

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply in respect of substances from 1 December 2014 and in respect of mixtures from 1 June 2015.
