Year-ahead forecast margin
Article 8
1. For their control areas, TSOs shall calculate and provide for each bidding zone the year-ahead forecast margin evaluated at the local market time unit to the ENTSO for Electricity. The information shall be published one week before the yearly capacity allocation but no later than the 15th calendar day of the month before the year to which the data relates. 2. Generation units and DSOs, located within a TSO’s control area shall provide that TSO with any relevant information required to calculate the data referred to in paragraph 1. Generation units and DSOs shall be considered as primary owners of the data they submit.
