Article 4

In Article 18 of Regulation (EC) No 867/2008, paragraph 4 is replaced by the following: ‘4. The communications provided for in this Article shall be made in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 792/2009 ( *4 ) . ( *4 ) OJ L 228, 1.9.2009, p. 3 .’."
