Regulation (EU) No 603/2013 Article 46

Entry into force and applicability

Article 46

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . This Regulation shall apply from 20 July 2015. Member States shall notify the Commission and the Agency as soon as they have made the technical arrangements to transmit data to the Central System, and in any event no later than 20 July 2015.
