Regulation (EU) No 606/2013 Article 22

Entry into force

Article 22

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 11 January 2015. This Regulation shall apply to protection measures ordered on or after 11 January 2015, irrespective of when proceedings have been instituted.
