ANNEX IISupplementary provisions
ANNEX II Annexes to Regulation (EC) No 810/2009 are hereby amended as follows: (1) in Annex VI, in the "Standard form for notifying and motivating refusal, annulment or revocation of a visa", point 4 is replaced by the following: "4. you have already stayed for 90 days during the current 180-day period on the territory of the Member States on the basis of a uniform visa or a visa with limited territorial validity"; (2) in Annex VII, point 4, the fourth paragraph is replaced by the following: "When a visa is valid for more than six months, the duration of stays is 90 days in any 180-day period."; (3) in Annex XI, Article 5(2) is replaced by the following: "2. The visa issued shall be a uniform, multiple-entry visa authorising a stay of not more than 90 days for the duration of the Olympic and/or Paralympic Games.".
