ANNEX IV Benchmarks At the time of entry into force of this Regulation, the best available technology on the market for domestic vacuum cleaners, in terms of their specific energy consumption, is an upright vacuum cleaner of 650 W at a cleaning head width of 0,28 m, which translates into a specific energy consumption of 1,29 Wh/m 2 , although with sound power level rated at over 83 dB. Dust pick-up and dust re-emission data for the above machine, compliant with the methods defined and referenced in this Regulation are not available. Best dust pick-up currently available on the market is around 1,08 for hard floor with crevice, and 0,90 on carpet. Best dust re-emission currently available on the market is around 0,0002 %. Best sound power level is 62 dB.
