Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 740/2013 Article 1

Article 1

The rules of origin set out in Appendix 2A to Annex II to the Trade Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and Columbia and Peru, of the other part (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Agreement’), shall apply within the quotas set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
