Article 1

1. The fishing quotas fixed in Regulations (EU) No 1262/2012, (EU) No 1088/2012, (EU) No 1261/2012, (EU) No 39/2013 and (EU) No 40/2013 for the year 2013 are reduced as shown in the Annex. 2. Paragraph 1 shall apply without prejudice to reductions provided for in Commission Regulation (EU) No 165/2011 ( 16 ) .
